Plywood box construction
All of our cabinets are made using high grade plywood to provide the best option out there in the cabinet industry. Plywood are great for making cabinet boxes because they are natural wood panels bonded together to provide better strength and durability than other substitutes like Particleboard or pressed wood. They are also far less chemically treated than particleboard, MDF and pressed wood.
Solid wood dovetail joint drawers
Strong drawers are essential to kitchen cabinets as they are one of the mostly used part of a cabinet. That is why we choose to use solidwood panels for the drawer box and using dovetail joint to connect the drawer box panels together. Dovetail is a sophisticated type of joint and provide the strongest possible joint to a drawer box.
Soft-closing door hinges
All of our cabinets come with soft-closing adjustable hinges. That way you won't have to worry about closing to fiercely the doors sometimes and create a big "bang" noise or even damaging the cabinets and its hardware. Also, it just feels good when the door closes slowly and swiftly by itself when you push them.
Soft-closing drawer slides
All of our cabinets come with soft-closing undermounted drawer slides. Why? Because not only they look swift and feel nice when you close them, it also helps preventing damage of the cabinet and the hardware when you push it too hard. The soft close feature will stop the drawer from hitting the cabinet box and provides a quiet, smooth, and luxury transition from opening to closing.
Solid wood
We use solid wood for all of our framed cabinets' doors, drawer fronts, and faceframe. All of our solid wood parts are 3/4" thick which is the highest in industry standards and we take pride in making some of the best solid wood faceframe cabinets at a great value.
